Recommendation for File Organization Improvement in FocusSee

Dear FocusSee Development Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the current file organization system within the FocusSee application, particularly regarding the naming and management of project files.

Currently, the tool lists project files by their creation timestamp, making it challenging to locate specific projects, especially when dealing with numerous files. This lack of customizable naming and organizational features impacts productivity and user experience.

To address this issue, I recommend the following improvements:

Customizable File Names: Allow users to rename project files with meaningful and descriptive names. This will help users identify and access specific projects more efficiently.

Folder Organization: Introduce a folder system where users can categorize and store project files based on their preferences. This hierarchical structure will significantly enhance file management.

Search Functionality: Implement a search feature that enables users to quickly find project files by entering keywords or phrases associated with the file names or content.

Tagging System: Allow users to add tags to project files, enabling easier filtering and organization based on specific criteria or topics.

I believe these enhancements will greatly improve the usability of FocusSee, making it a more powerful and user-friendly tool for managing projects.

Thank you for considering these suggestions. I look forward to seeing the continuous improvements in FocusSee.
