9：16竖屏模式缩放的问题与讨论

9：16竖屏模式的时候，关闭固定缩放区域的功能后，视频本身缩放时会不停向上或者向下位移同时缩放，会觉得画面很杂乱，不可以让缩放是基于中间点的轴吗，那点击了固定缩放区域，放大后画布本身又不会放大了，很矛盾的功能。
