Especially for 3D animations on screen recordings, it would be nice to have keyframe ability to specifically control the animations more granularly. Primarily on the “zoom” portion, having the ability to set keyframes that capture various configurations, then transition or animate between the differences in the keyframes, would be really useful.

It would be very useful to have a feature similar to ScreenPal where, while recording, we can pause the recording, go back to a specific point, and resume recording from there. For example, if I make a mistake during a tutorial: Record → Mistake → Pause → Go Back 10 seconds → Re-record → Continue The incorrect portion would automatically be replaced/removed. This would be extremely helpful for tutorial and course creators because mistakes could be corrected during recording itself, significantly reducing post-recording editing time. this is the core feature of Screenpal looking for such a feature

I am running the up-to-date version of Focusee (v2.3.3) on macOS Tahoe Version 26.5.1 and am experiencing a highly frustrating issue since I got new update from FocuSee where the video track runs noticeably faster than the audio during full-session recordings. By the end of a session, the video and audio are completely out of sync, making the final export entirely unusable because the visual actions on screen happen significantly ahead of what is being heard. I have already tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but the issue persists. Please investigate this , as it makes it impossible to rely on the software for recording sessions.

It would be great to have the ability to attach a customizable text card to the cursor. This could be used to display information such as the presenter name, role, company, or any custom text. The label would follow the cursor and inherit cursor effects. A good reference is the style often used in Canva marketing videos. This would save a significant amount of editing time. Currently, I often need to record videos, export them, and then manually add presenter names and motion graphics in another video editor. Having this built directly into Focusee would streamline the workflow and eliminate a lot of repetitive post production work while producing more professional looking videos.
