Recorded Screen Cropping Scaling Exception

In the edit page after recording, I cropped the recorded screen, but I found that the content outside the cropping area will appear when the zoom animation is performed after cropping, which seriously affects the view of the video, I hope to solve it!

Several problems with the new version!!!

there are several problems with the new version: 1) in EXPORT it often loses video signal 2) the audio captured in recording is only from 1 channel (left) and no longer in stereo. Before everything was fine, now it is unusable so!!!! 🤬

New User – Audio Sync & Export Crash Issues

Hi, I’m new here and just bought this software, first time using it, but I’ve run into several problems. Initial Test & Audio Sync Issue: i recorded a tutorial to test the software, and it seemed to work fine at first. When reviewing the result and making edits (e.g., adjusting zooms), my voice sounds faster than the video, as if there’s lag in the recording. Tried exporting to check if the issue was with the editor or the recording itself. Repeated Export Crashes: Attempted exporting 6 times with different settings: 4K 60fps 2K 60fps 2K 30fps 1080p 60fps 1080p 30fps Each time, the software crashes at 53% and closes completely. System Specs & Environment: Using a gaming laptop (good GPU/RAM). No background programs running. Questions: Could I be doing something wrong? How can I report these crashes? Thanks for your help!

Zoom animation is shaky

When working on the editor, the zoom animation is perfect. But when exporting the video (no matter if it is with low or high FPS) the end of the zoom animation (zoom in or zoom out) is shaky. You can clearly see that the view is moving pixel by pixel and even moving to one direction and the other, back and forth (slowing down the video helps seeing that clearly). This results in a poor quality video imo. I can provide a sample video if needed. Would be nice if this could be improved! Thanks
