New User – Audio Sync & Export Crash Issues

Hi, I’m new here and just bought this software, first time using it, but I’ve run into several problems.

1. Initial Test & Audio Sync Issue:

   • i recorded a tutorial to test the software, and it seemed to work fine at first.

   • When reviewing the result and making edits (e.g., adjusting zooms), my voice sounds faster than the video, as if there’s lag in the recording.

   • Tried exporting to check if the issue was with the editor or the recording itself.

2. Repeated Export Crashes:

   • Attempted exporting 6 times with different settings:

     • 4K 60fps

     • 2K 60fps

     • 2K 30fps

     • 1080p 60fps

     • 1080p 30fps

   • Each time, the software crashes at 53% and closes completely.

3. System Specs & Environment:

   • Using a gaming laptop (good GPU/RAM).

   • No background programs running.

Questions:

• Could I be doing something wrong?

• How can I report these crashes?
