I absolutely + this feature request. As someone who makes a lot of tutorials, the ability to record both the desktop and a phone is really a huge upgrade.

For example, are you hoping to record a desktop app and a mobile app at the same time, show the phone screen as a picture-in-picture overlay, switch between desktop and phone views during tutorials, or export both sources separately for later editing?
It would also be helpful to know whether you mainly use iPhone or Android, whether you need audio from the phone, and what kind of tutorials you usually create. These details will help us evaluate the priority and design direction more accurately.
