More control over Magnifier and Spotlight masks

These effects need more controls, I can’t use them in my project as is.

Magnifier: turn the border line off, add quick animate in/out (with option to turn on/off)

Spotlight: turn animate in/out on or off

    Thank you for your suggestion. We have recorded it and will include it in our future product evaluation. This direction could be very helpful for improving the flexibility of visual effects and making them fit more project scenarios.
