REPEAT last used settings for recording - command_option-R

Being able to REPEAT the last settings used so you can re-do various takes, or record a script in chunks, or record software demos without having to keep re-selecting the window of the same app over and over.

Something as simple as cmd-R or cmd-option-R would be awesome.
