Allow higher 4K export bitrate (100,000 kbps+)

When I export 4K/60, FocuSee tops out around ~54,000 kbps, which makes fast motion and fine UI text look a bit soft. Please add a higher bitrate preset (e.g., 100,000–120,000 kbps) or a custom bitrate field so we can export sharper videos.
