FocusSee Is Not recognising my mic

Before my rode mic used to work, it used to not register any sound on the edit page, but now the sound is registered but no sound plays in playback and export. Please can this be fixed, it'ss an issue with FocusSee understanding external mics as my Macbook microphone works fine.
