Left Mouse Button Down to Control Timeline Scrubber

At the moment the timeline scrubber follows the hover of the mouse over on the timeline. This makes it extremely hard to edit the zoom and use the other tools when using the timeline scrubber head as the marker to set the in/out of the zoom or using the Cut and Trim tools.

It would be nice to use the left mouse button down to move the timeline scrubber to a specific location on the timeline to set the in/out of the zoom and other tools.
