Moving Camera during recording
The camera position should be recorded as well. If you have your face over an important button and you move it away during recording the video, this position change should be recorded so you dont need to manually move your face later on in post.

Yes, I would say so because it's highly unlikely that there is any space on the screen which is totally unused and you can just put your face and leave it there. Of course it depends on what you are trying to demonstrate, but you usually always have to move the face around to click every menu you need.
