I’m a daily FocuSee user and love how frictionless it is for creating polished screen recordings.
One feature that would significantly upgrade FocuSee’s output quality is a native 3D slant / perspective effect for screen recordings—similar to what tools like Slantit provide.
What I’m asking for
A built-in option to apply a 3D perspective tilt to the recorded screen, where the canvas appears slightly rotated in 3D space (X/Y tilt + depth), instead of always being perfectly flat.
Why this matters
The 3D slant instantly makes screen recordings feel more designed and cinematic.
It’s especially effective for:
Product demos
App walkthroughs
Landing-page videos
Social media clips (Shorts/Reels/TikTok)
Right now, achieving this requires exporting from FocuSee → opening another tool → re-rendering. That breaks the “one-tool, fast output” magic FocuSee is known for.
Suggested implementation (simple, powerful)
Toggle: “3D Perspective”
Controls:
X-axis tilt
Y-axis tilt
Depth / perspective strength
Optional soft shadow
Presets:
Subtle (default)
Demo
Cinematic
Aggressive (for social)
Why FocuSee is the perfect place for this
FocuSee already owns the post-record polish layer. Adding 3D slant would eliminate the need for standalone tools and make FocuSee a true end-to-end creator tool for modern video content.
If helpful, I’m happy to provide examples or test early builds.
Thanks for building a great product—this would be a killer upgrade.
