This new update changed the Auto 3d motion and it is absolutely terrible. Please for the love of god change it back or let me go back to a previous update
Seriously I have gone back to my previous files and opened them up in the editor, and everything with the zoom as changed, it genuinely looked nothing like how it did prior to the update and was the only reason I paid for the lifetime license- the amazing zoom it was before

Hi, the version update will not modify your previous project files. If you do not want to use 3D, you can simply select zoom and switch to 2D mode—we have provided this option. Additionally, could you let us know what aspects of the 3D zoom effect you feel are not working well?

I appreciate the fast reply, the “project files” that have not been exported yet are now different when i reopen them up in the editor, something has most definitely changed. Could you guys please allow us to download the previous version right before the annnotation feature update so I can confirm it was the update that changed things? I was in love with the old 3d zoom feature, it truly is now not the same and requires manually adjusting bars to get the old 3d zoom feature back

We introduced the annotation feature in version 2.3. You may try it before making a decision. If you do not want to use 3D, you can set the zoom mode to 2D zoom in the settings menu.

I DO want the 3d motion, it was what set this tool apart from everyone else. Please allow for the ability to download older versions or downgrade somewhere. Or, if you guys really do not know what changed about the auto 3d motion. I have a exported version prior to this update, as well as the project file in the editor. compared side to side it is nothing like before.

Sure, please take the time to review what I am showing you. There are not many things that have convinced me to pay $200 within 1 day of testing out software. Below are the exact same clips. This is BEFORE:
It is SO clearly different that something has changed and it’s completely ruined the auto 3d motion. The manual controls are useful when making fine adjustments but before the auto setting has done 95% of it perfectly

I am certain I am not the only one experiencing this, please just allow for previous versions to be downloaded on the download page on the website, similar to many other software. Or alternatively revert the 3d zoom to what it was originally on all versions. Or send me the mac and windows download of the previous version before the last update. I do not want to refund this tool that I have found so useful. Thanks Focusee team

All of my project files that I haven’t exported in the past, when reopened in the editor you can clearly see the zoom has changed for all of them. Below is just one example of a dozen. Please let me know if you need more examples, I can provide many. I like in Canada which is a 12 hour difference from your team, so its unfortunate we cant go back in forth past noon for you guys.
Could you confirm whether you are using macOS? We have identified this issue on Mac systems and will release a new version today to fix it.
