Request for Manual Subtitle Timing Adjustment

When editing subtitles, I would like to be able to adjust the timing of the subtitles myself. Currently, the subtitles are divided based on fixed timings. I want a feature that allows me to manually adjust the timing breaks to more appropriate positions.
