Tap when clicking with the Cursor

I’m recording my screen playing some mobile games and I usually add a hand for the cursor to locate and track the movements I do on screen. It would be great to have the effect of the finger clicking on screen instead of having the entire hand jumping with a click zone effect. I also think the range of cartoon hand and human hands could be enriched, or we should be able to upload or own.
