The video is not exported

After the update, one problem went away, but another appeared. Now I can't export my projects, it gets to some process and everything stops and nothing happens, and so on ad infinitum. Restarting the computer doesn't help, and restarting the program doesn't either.

In this example in the screenshot, it just goes up to 0.06% and that's it. You can close exit and start exporting again, but it is not exported. It shows that something is going on, but it goes on indefinitely.
