Window mode issue

Okay, I'm recording in FocuSee using window mode, and I have the window selected. A notification from another program accidentally popped up over the window; I just closed it, but when I watched the recording, that notification was still visible. The same thing happens even if I don't accidentally let other programs overlap that window. You could add a feature so that it only captures the window itself, not that area of the window.
