Today, I recorded a full-length video lesson using Focuse, but unfortunately, the recording is now completely inaccessible. After finishing the session, the application entered a continuous “Loading…” state, and the content never appeared for editing or export.
Worse still, this loading overlay remains stuck on my screen even after closing the application entirely — as shown in the attached screenshots.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue. I have previously lost valuable content due to failed renders and incomplete exports.
To summarize:
The app enters a perpetual loading state after recording is finished.
The recorded file is not rendered or saved.
The loading overlay persists on my desktop even after the app is closed.
I have already lost multiple video sessions due to similar issues.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that whenever the app applies zoom effects to the video, it causes my audio to glitch — resulting in a choppy or distorted sound. This further compromises the quality of the recordings and makes the final output unusable.
